Context
SuperGaming had an established game studio and a player base. The opportunity was Web3 — but the risk was breaking what was already working. Most studios that try to go on-chain either alienate existing players or ship something that doesn't scale.
The brief: add a Web3 layer that feels like a natural extension of the game, not a crypto experiment bolted on top.
Our role
We designed the on-chain economy, built the Web3 SDK integration, and handled the full infrastructure. SuperGaming's team focused on the game. We owned the blockchain layer.
The $0 UA spend wasn't a goal — it was a result of designing token mechanics that created genuine word-of-mouth. Players talked about it because it was worth talking about.
What we built
Designed and built the on-chain economy on top of SuperGaming's existing GLHF infrastructure — token design, earn mechanics, and redemption flows that felt like a game feature, not a crypto product.
Integrated the Web3 layer without touching the core game architecture. Players could participate in the on-chain economy without needing to understand wallets, gas, or blockchain — it just worked.
Built the distribution model from first principles. $0 UA spend because the token mechanics created their own viral loop — earn in-game, spend on-chain, tell your friends.
3 million transactions settled without a single incident of downtime. The infrastructure was built to handle load spikes from player events and tournament completions.
"We'd seen a lot of blockchain integrations that promised scale but couldn't deliver. MoneyPlant.AI actually shipped — 3 million transactions, no downtime, no drama."
